油引いて、ベーコンとかハムでもいいのでカリカリに焼く卵を半熟までかき混ぜないで白身残すようにオムレツみたいなの作るフライパンに米入れて、味の元、塩胡椒、ブラックペッパーを入れすぎ？と思う３倍くらい入れて混ぜながら炒める米を端に寄せて、醤油を焦がしながら待って、切っておいたネギを投入して、火を切る混ぜたら胡麻油を入れて混ぜるこれで冷凍チャーハンみたいな味になる
